Mexican quinoa salad with salty lime avocado chunks, cucumber labneh "sammies", grape tomatoes, mango chunks. A small bag of chips, dried strawberries and pistachios, a "summer s'more" (graham, strawberry marshmallow, dunked in white chocolate). Also a GoGurt and a Capri Sun - which I put in the fridge last night because apparently straight from the freezer is still like a rock at lunchtime.. Who knew?
