September 7th


Today's lunch:  Buffalo chicken cups (method here, mine are made with chicken breast, plain yogurt mixed with ranch dressing powder and sriracha, topped with bleu cheese crumbles and celery leaves), mixed veggies, green olives; cantaloupe and black grapes; vanilla wafer cookies, cherry pie "larabar", and some raw and chocolate covered almonds; string cheese (tucked in where the utensils go); whole, raw milk with Muscle Gain.

  1. So the buffalo chicken cups went over like a brick. But hubby was thrilled that he brought them back home - he warmed them up and ate them. :)
