August 19th, First Day of School

Today's menu: ham, pimento cheese, and romaine in a tortilla, sharp cheddar wedges, olives, wheat thins, carrots and grape tomatoes.  Black grapes and graham cracker pretzels.  Homemade vanilla pudding (from milk he *insisted* tasted "off" despite being well within expiration date).  Organic yogurt tube that had been frozen, mini blueberry muffins, water.  

It's a whole new world of packing lunches, putting together a meal for a growing man.
