Today's midday boost of nutritional power: starfruit, cherry pie "larabar", candy sushi, red grapes: shish tawook (hummus topped with diced chicken cooked in butter and cumin) with red pepper flowers; Stacey's pita chips; broccoli, cucumber, radish, carrot, tomato, and snow peas; cheese stick; iced tea
